Day 4, 1/31/18 8 - weight 178.5; haven't been feeling well; exercise cancelled.

Day 3, 1/30/18 - weight 178.4; starting my day yesterday with a great workout helped me keep on track. No scheduled exercise for today so I will definitely be closely monitoring my calories and carbs.

Day 2, 1/29/18 - weight 179.2; same as yesterday; not surprised or disappointed. Didn't see this challenge until the day was just about over. But today I started with a 1 hour group training class and feel good. Expect to lose a little by tomorrow; feeling good.
