I keep restarting. I don’t know how to stay motivated!! I started at 224 in January and am currently around 216 (I forgot to weigh myself this morning). I am hoping to stick to it this time around..

I have about 60 to lose and I’ve also been here before. I’ve gained all my weight back plus some. My first time here I wasn’t making the best choices, so I lost a lot in a short period of time. I am trying to do things differently this time. You’re welcome to add me :)

I’ve been wondering about this too. I eat close to 2000 and feel like I may be eating too much. My Fitbit also says I burn close to the same amount of calories as you, but sometimes it messes up on me, so I don’t know if I should really trust it all of the time. I never know if I should eat back exercise calories or not…

I want to start Keto because I’ve heard so many great things about it, but I’m scared of eating so much fat. Is that weird? Yet, carbs are life! What is that about? Lol Anyway, do you guys have any tips/suggestions for a beginner like me? How do I even get started?

Same here. I did pretty well yesterday. Today started off well until dinner time came. I think for me it has to do with the foods I eat. They are so boring. I need to find better recipes. I started Keto yesterday.. kinda. I still eat a few vegetable carbs, but I’m okay with that! I just want to be healthier and see if I can reverse some of my health issues this year. I am also doing intermittent fasting. I fast for about 14 hours every day. Anyway, I would love to be friends :)
