Check out the book Simply Keto and/or ketokarma.com - it has a keto calculator so you'll know exactly how many carbs/proteins/fat you need to consume (keep it below 20 grams of carbs while in the weight loss phase.. Love the tutorial at the beginning, the recipes and the 30 day menu. It's a great first step into KETO.
