  • Hi everyone, I'm 42 and need to lose about 75lbs. I had my 6th baby 5 months ago. I was doing great before that pregnancy. i had lost about 70lbs and was walking 5 to 6 miles a day. Now I am in a bit of a rut. I feel like my time is running out on me and I need to get back into shape for myself and my kids. Thanks
