Yes. Once a month thing. the restaurants we normally go to offer healthier options than this one. Regardless i will still most likely be within my calorie goals just trying to make the healthier choices to continue with weight goals. I am 8 ounces away from my first 5pound loss goal

My nsv: even though my weight fluctuates between 2-4 pounds lost after a month and a half of consistently working out my measurements have change by 3 1/2 inches or so and its starting to slowly become noticeable

Probably should cut myself some slack. On day 8 of this go around with trying to lose weight. and i am super hard on myself mainly cause I feel the meals arent healthy enough even though i have tossed salad with every dinner plus veggies at every meal

I just feel like i way over did sinner. It was 960 calories whereas my lunch was just over 400. I had exercise calories added back in to. I guess My biggest challenge is eating a balanced diet with healthy portions
