I don't feel disgusted with myself or anything, but I love fast food. I know thats why most of my weight loss plans have always failed. I just eat it too much. I love it. That and pop. I naturally fast meaning I dont have to think about it like others do. I eat all the way up until I sleep. I don't generally have my first meal tho until much later. I often skip breakfast and lunch. Sometimes I will fast for a few days in a row. Just depends.

125lbs seems like a pretty good weight. So thats probably why you aren't losing especially if you are of average height or taller. I'd focus on finding time to work out because at this point you are in maintenance and working on changing composition.

This is not true smokers pay the same. I know my dad was a heavy smoker his plan is actually cheaper than mine. It really comes down to the carrier you are always paying for others.

I do 90% of activity when I am under fast. I rarely eat in the mornings. Don't notice any big difference. I'm actually more alert, but thats it.

Yeah its why i adjusted my goals to include less protein and more carbs. I eat more veggies and fruits less meat. Most of my proteins are coming from nuts or chicken.

Anything under 5 cals. Sometimes i dont log pickles because there isn't much calories and it just counts against my sodium. I don't believe that sodium is a problem and the daily limit kind of hogwash.

There really isn't. At some point if you want to consume treats you are going to have to consume carbs. Baked goods all require flour that has carbs in it even almond flour. You chose a crazy hard and restrictive diet to maintain, good luck.
