I have PCOS and this weight has been a huge struggle at my biggest I was 270 and went all the way down to 167 within 2 ur span.... But then slowly began the flux of weight again.... So frustrating. I am now at 237 as well and can't seem to shake it. I lose 15 lbs and then gain it back
