That article doesn't address the fact that this was working for me until about an hour ago, and now my android app shows zero entered foods and zero exercise, while an hour ago, everything was fine. The app keeps saying it just synced when in actuality it has done nothing of the kind.

Same here. I thought I was the odd one out on this. Sipping may help, but if I'm super thirsty and drink a lot, I am almost immediately starving.
