HI! Just crossed over into 40. Got fit through a strong supplement and nutrition routine plus weights. (60lbs off 3 years ago, holding firm at 13% body fat). Trying to stay motivated too! If you go with supplements (I recommend) make sure to research quality! Happy to answer any questions.
