I have lost 6.4 pounds in one week I'm 5'4 but this is the third time I've done this diet without exercising and I've lost 30+each time I eventually lower my calories as my body adjusts to the calorie intake or if I'm in a hurry to reach a goal.

I started jan 1st and this is the third time I have used this app and have been successful each time I'm 5'4 this time I started out at 164 and I weighed in last Monday I was 157 my goal is 115 last year I started at 168 and got down to 118 of course I eventually had to lower my calorie intake I always start out at 1200.
