I'm right there with you. I have been at this same weight for 4 weeks now. I'm following a 1200 calorie diet and working out more than I was a month ago. I'm also drinking a lot more water. It is frustrating to see the scale stuck at the same number.

please add me! I'm 38, 5 ft tall; and started my journey on black friday, hee hee, at 156.5 and I'm down to 154......I'm getting discouraged with the slow process. as for exercise, I walk stairs, 7 flights of stairs 4 times in the morning and 4 times in the afternoon.
