With type 2 diabetes and a slow thyroid I also lose slowly. Extreme diets make me drop lbs,but are hard to maintain. Slow and steady is the thing. I dropped 14 lbs in 2016 and have kept it off over a year. I want to loose around 70, so I chose 22lbs as my next goal.
