If you live alone, the best thing is to not buy snacks in the first place. I bought some rice cakes to last me a “few days”...yesterday lol With that said, I live in the middle of nowhere and rely on public transit (infrequent) so I really have to go out of my way if I want to buy a snack :#

Yes. I’m doing Intermittent fasting (with low calories on both days, but less than 200 on the fasting days). Giving myself one day per week to eat whatever (allows me to eat out with a friend), but still less than 1,200 calories (I’m short and need to lose weight fast!).
