Going to the gym is a personal choice. While I enjoy my evening walks and bike rides in the neighborhood, I also like being able to "walk" and "bike ride" in a gym on rainy days.....and during the triple digit heat days.

I have the series 3 Apple Watch on LTE and absolutely love it. I also love being able to go on my walks and bike rides and leaving my phone at home.

Greetings all. I'll be 50 in November and because of the changes I've made over the past year, I'm probably in the best shape since I was in high school, and feeling great. And STP became classic rock about the same time Poison started playing on the oldies station.
