You can see ‘all time’. My graph goes back to five years ago. Look for the menu next to the graph itself. Works in web and app.

35% protein, 20% carbs, 45% fat. This isn’t a set in stone number although as the other reply said, treat carbs as a ceiling, protein as a minimum and be a bit flexible with fats. I lost over 15kg with Moseley’s method a few years ago and kept almost all of it off. Doing Fast 800 now to get back into the habit of it in a…

Funny. That gorgeous picture reminded me of my baby son. Then your story reminded me of being quite surprised, when he was born, to see him. Pregnant for nine months. Loads of scans. Still surprised. I remember saying ‘oh, hello!’ Like he was a welcome but unexpected guest.. 😂 Congratulations to your whole family. 💕

Thanks for the great comments.... Heather you are right. In fact I may be moving on after this year. No point living somewhere depressing. Although I hear Saudi is worse! Karen thanks and yes... knowing I was going to check in helped Mcbcec.. wise words on the quality not quantity. My mum likes to point out that fish and…

Hello, again and thanks for the welcomes. So... I’m a British teacher and single mum to my son who is 9. We live abroad in the Middle East where there is a massive diabetes and obesity crisis due to all the junk food, plus it’s too hot to go out for large chunks of the year. So long story short, like many here I put on a…

Hello all. I hope you don’t mind me arriving a bit late to the party. I read your thread and it’s such a lovely bunch of people and a great idea, so here goes.... Everything was going so well with the exercise and weight loss. I lost weight, ran a 10k, I was proud of myself. But suddenly my good intentions turned to…

Cassey Ho. PIIT. Down Dog yoga. Both great.

Marinade chicken thighs in soy sauce for a few hours. Roast in the oven.

Maybe if your pic wasn't you with someone else you wouldn't have an ex.

Hit 5km for the first time. Only another 5 to Go!

My brother runs several marathons a year.... aged in his late 40s. His main advice is train less rather than risk injury by training more. I listened to the pain in my knees at first, but since losing 22lb I find it has mostly gone away. Not entirely. But it's considerably less.

I just had a week off on holiday. Put on weight and running today was hard. But I'm pushing through it! Keep on and it gets easier and even enjoyable

I run through most of the cool down. I might ditch the warm up too. Good idea.

CW down to 175 GW still 154 10k race booked for 15th July!
-
Yeah. Babies are really bad for your routine! My son is nearly 9 now so no more excuses. I'm also loving running again.... after the first 10 minutes!!
-
Start Running is great. It talks over my music so I'm running to my own playlist. During each running interval it gives me countdowns each minute so I know how much longer I have to go. Been using for about a month and am running more each time and very optimistic about my 10k race in July ☺

34 minutes. Mostly running now. 3.7km per session. Moving on to level 2 of the Start Running app.

Even when I used to run a lot tread mills were too boring. I just press the off button without even noticing I did it. Now I'm all old and unfit I just wouldn't even try. Has to be outdoors.

I'm starting out... getting back into running after a loòòong break. I am up to 32 mins of walk/run and I have a 10k race booked in July. Eek!

I think the corn-hater was making a joke....

There's an entry called 'screw up day' worth 2000 calories. I can imagine using that for dinner if I fall off the wagon and have a boozy take-out night in a moment of madness/weakness!!

CW 194 GW 154 It feels like a long way to go but I have committed to run a 10k race at some time (tbc) in the summer... So the less lard I'm dragging along with me the better!

I've got a bag of frozen cauliflower in the freezer. My son wasn't fooled it was rice!! But he helped.make the pizza and loved it so I'll try this. Thanks. :)

I made a mix of tomato paste and chopped canned tomatoes and put oregano in. I tend to pack in as many veggies as possible to avoid being hungry. I also used a little anchovy and black olive. A tiny amount packs a ton of flavour. And basil leaves. It looked like a small serving but I was stuffed after eating it! And still…

The crust is cauliflower, egg, seasoning and almond flour. I've never seen almond flour so I used a mixed grain flour I already had for pizza bases. Tomato sauce and cheese on top.

Fasting has been shown to reset levels of IGF1 which is a growth hormone. High levels of IGF-1 put cells into 'go' mode and so increase the risk of colorectal, breast and prostate cancer. Low levels of IGF-1 reduce those risks. So fasting -IF - has health benefits but because you eat normally most of the time it won't…
