  • This app which led to meeting amazing people has saved my life. Without the support of this family I don't know where I will be. To many apps took away this " family connection". Why change something that helps millions of people. I understand progress, but this in my opinion is going backwards. Save the news feed!!!!!!

If your body isn't making enough for natural sleep it aids your body in thinking it has enough to fall asleep hence no groggy effect @cnavarro002 is right on point with that suggestion. Sleep is vital to weight loss.…
  • Sorry been forgetting to post here. SMH...holidays always throw me for a loop. So far have maintained up than down and all around...lol Been walking with Buba when it's not raining here. Buba is my new puppy. Water lately has been a chore. New meds make me crave coffee like crazy even though not supposed to have it... sigh…
  • I would like to excercise at least 4 days a week. Water intake back to the 100 oz. Mark. Lose something anything as I went backwards these months I was MIA.

  • 10/2 Steps 12,064 total day which included 15 min walk and 40 minutes low impact aerobics. Calories under. Second day under calorie goal.

  • 10/1.. Lose 10lbs....loss so far none weigh in day Fridays. Step 5500.... Excercise was cleaning house Went into excercise calories but still under for the day.

  • So we officially made it to the end of the Great American walking trail!!! For the ones who participated in the step counts collectively we walked 5,048 miles in 21 days. I think that is awesome!!! Let's keep tracking to see how far we can take this challenge.
