increase your carbs slightly, until it goes away... You can stay in ketosis above 20 it varies by person, I stay in ketosis in the 30-40 range but I try to stay under 20-25 net carbs

Try switching to raw spinach for your greens in place of lettuce...high fiber, high vitamins, tastes great in place of lettuce and works great for getting the nutrients and fiber☺
