At first i didn't notice any changes in my belly...seems like all i see is belly...(insert sad face) but i started doing alot more sit ups and i'm now beginning to see a difference. Its taking a while but its getting there. :)

I've always found it helpful to weigh out what i eat daily including liquids. It helps me keep better track of my daily calorie intake. Doesn't have to be a fancy scale. A small one will do and they cost very much to purchase.

Your progress is amazing I've only been at this for a little over 3 months and have lost almost 70lbs so far. Almost to my goal weight.

49 and new on here. I was at 350+ lbs in Oct....now I'm down to 274 and feeling 100% better...DILLY DILLY!!! :D Gotta stay focused to get down past 250. Not gonna be easy and hasn't been so far but having the support of family and friends makes this journey much easier to tackle. I got this!!!!!!
