I am a little low on mine sometimes, but try to keep the percentages right. I'm also trying to not stress the calories quite as much--some days I'm under, some I'm a little over--as long as my macros are okay, I don't stress it.

I second the suggestion of intermittent fasting...and I find my weight goes up during different times of the month because of hormones. During ovulation and before/at the begging of my menstrual cycle. It's all water weight, so if you think it is menopause related, try to ignore it and stick to the plan. I know it's…

I am new to the keto lifestyle..trying to cut excess sugar from my diet since it kills my joints and leaves me craving more. I have six daughters (two of which are only 9 months old)...and I want to have energy to keep up with them. I'd love all the friends I can get on here! :)

Getting through the first two days is the hardest for me (dropping all the sugar and carbs I usually load up on). Once I get through that, the cravings start to lessen and I always feel so much better that it's easier to keep going! You can do this!!!
