Day 2 of Level 2 completed! Today has definitely been the hardest for me in this program. Had to stop multiple times cause my heart was racing, and my knees began to hurt. Sweat loads on my last day of Level 1. Starting level 2 tomorrow! @220Dani I know what you mean about the 3lb weights feeling 10; I definitely felt that today. A bit of trouble with my knees today but should be ok.

Slacked off a bit because of MN but finished Day 9 today! One more day of Level 1 to go!

Day 8 Level 1 complete. Lunges still killing me, mostly because I cannot get the correct form and balance with the weights, but push ups are increasingly better. Wish we got more ab workout in this exercise.

Day 7 Level 1 complete. Still sweating hard but exercises are much better than when I started. Still working on the pushups and lunges but it got easier today. 3 more days to go!

Day 6 of Level 1 and boy did I sweat! Did way better today than yesterday. The pushups and lunges still get me but I'm working on it. Didn't stop much today either.

Did Day 5 of Level 1 today. Was trying to better my form today, especially during abs. Kept stopping a bit but nothing major. Still having trouble with the front and side lunges and the 2nd set of push ups. 5 more days of level 1 to go!

Day 4 of Level 1 today. Took two rest days when I was only gonna take one but oh well. Definitely easier than Day 3 but I just have to do better on strength training. Also, I've lost about 4 pounds already so yay! :)

Day 3 of Level 1 and boy was it harder today. My main struggles were the exercising with the weights. I was stopping every minute.

both actually. when I started to realize that all of my pants were getting tighter and tighter, I decided that I had to make a change. My weight is also way too high for my height. And I've also changing my eating habits, which has not been much of a struggle so far.

Hello. Just started the 30 day shred yesterday. Day 2 today. It's been harder than yesterday but not too bad. I felt yesterday's workout today so I should definitely feel today's workout tomorrow.
