Oh I am so glad I am not alone. Thank you for the tips. I am 5'1.5" and 10 pounds may as well be 100. I have logged eveything including condiments etc. But I think I will not eat the calories I burned exercising. Maybe I shouldn't log my exercise? That way I stay at my calorie goal. Thoughts? Awesome job!!! I am happy for you! I need help..... I don't think I have lost any weight in 2 weeks. It's more inches I need to lose. Did anyone have a slow start? I feel demoralized. Now I can't even do up my jeans. I am depressed! Help!

Me too...put on 17 pounds after I quite. Literally nothing fits. But I know in the long run we are better off! Keep active and try to drink water if you have craving. Each kilometre walk starts with one step. Same with weight loss. You can do this!!! Your family and friends want you to ne smoke free! You can do this!!!

I use a water based toner. From local pharmacy/ make-up and skin care aisle. It cleans my face and makes it tingle. Feels refreshing. Hope that helps.

Same with me! I was my goal weight 2 years ago and put 15 back on! Nothing fits me. I need to fit in bikini by April 8th. About 15 to 20 pounds need to go! I will do this with you!!!
