I have similar snacking problems when I'm studying! I completely blew up while doing my masters thesis! That bread looks amazing! My thing at the moment is sourdough bread, loving it and we've actually stopped buying sliced bread, which means less crappy bread in the kitchen to snack on! <3

We have a TV show over here called "operation transformation" where people are encouraged to get fit and healthy... This is the only time of the year I ever see people out at 6am! So annoying when they run past though! :D Confidence journal sounds intriguing! Will have to have a look.

Just to add www.podrunner.com into the fold too. They have programs all the way through 5k, 8k and 10k. They also have some speedwork sets too! I'm starting week 5 on Monday too... 😀
