I use a recipe from YouTube it is for weight loss and tests owsome 5tbs oats 5 to 10 tbs yogurt 1 tbs honey 1tsp cinnamon 1 tsp flax seed 7 to 10 crashed almonds Mix them together in a glass jar at night and enjoy in the morning
