  • I reward myself by a point system. Each point is worth a penny of "free" spending money. I give myself points for minutes of exercise, bonus points for not eating sugar, not eating after 8PM, and hitting my target gross calories for the day. Then I can reward myself more often. Either I save up my points to buy something…
  • 1 cup of cooked wild rice, 1 cup of cooked broccoli, a sprinkle of cheddar cheese and 1 small slice of ham, cut into bite-size pieces. Heat until cheese bubbly. Yum!
