  • What entry do i use. The only avacados (without brand names) are generic.. you cant estimate avocado by size like like you can a 80 cal apple or 105 calories banana

  • The difference is "Frank" now knows what it takes to lose where as the first time he may not have. My logic is why he wouldn't ho back to what he learned sooner in the process.

  • Don Gorske is his name. Google him. According to his Wikipedia last year he surpassed 30,000 Big Macs since 1972 lol. He's a big guy too so eating two 580 calorie sandwiches a day probably still leaves him 500-600 while still being in a deficit. Crazy.
  • That and zero crab protein powders like Isopure. Pulled chicken breasts, mayo (no carbs), seasonings and some sort of jalopenos (less than .5 a serving) could make some sort of chicken salad..
