SW:330 GW: not sure yet Goal is to maintain my weight and not gain anything. I want to track daily, drink 80oz of water, and walk 3 times per week.

I am very early in my journey. I am trying to start it the right way this time and start to tackle small goals at a time. So I am working on maintaining, and not gaining, any weight, tracking all my food, drinking water, and walking three times per week.

I am really trying to get it together. I feel like I do this all the time and never make it to the promised land. I just want to reach my potential.
