I workout about the same amount, it depends on if you’re used to the constant exercise or not. Make sure you’re doing light cals as a warm up, and static stretching after your workouts. You can still slim down without losing weight! Muscle weighs more than fat, so if you’ve introduced heavier weights etc. that will slow the numbers down, but still help with toning your body.
