I have re-joined MFP. I see since 2022 I have lost weight but not at goal. I am looking for motivation and the small steps needed to reach my next milestone.

Hi Connie I'm Rhonda. Glad you're here. I go to Youfit gym. It's like your gym. Consider a bit of Strength training. At youfit there is an Express circuit that has Strength and cardio. At 55 i need to keep my Strength up. Have a great day

I am enjoying reading the great posts from you all. Today I did ok eating certainly better than I have been overall. I did prelog a couple of my meals. I made an instant pot meal tonight for myself. I think next time I'll put in a few more spices. As i have a 3 qt. pot I have to divide ingredients and need to check it out…
