Sparkling water. I no longer want soda and it actually fills me up while increasing my water intake. I find I crave it now

I eat around 1200... I was eating more for a while because I deviated from my plan.. now I’m back on plan, and I eat the same foods everyday. A ton of vegetables, some tuna, and eggs. Every day.

I don’t think it’s unhealthy necessarily, but I do think it’s not maintainable in the long run.

I was up 8 lb this month ( last week) I dropped 7 of it overnight in one day.. now I’m still up 1 lb now that it has ended and that will be gone by tonight :)

Great thanks!

The vast majority of what I eat isn’t frozen or canned.. however I LOVE lots of frozen foods and see no harm eating them. Even if I ate them all the time I would still lose so I don’t see it as being “bad”. I love my Mac and cheese and frozen pizzas <3

Definitely. R/1200isplenty changed my life. I eat more than 1200 due to activity level but my net is always 1200 or less

Also, I obviously get that the workout itself is the reward but when you’re struggling to get up it’s nice to think of other stuff in addition to that to get yourself going. That is the hardest part!
-
Thanks to almost all of you! Your kind words and suggestions have helped me get there! Like I said I haven’t had this problem in MONTHS if ever. I had this issue ONCE and it was hard, but now I know how to handle it. Very glad I went :) :)

Thanks I love this.
-
I guess I’m asking what things do you reward yourself with for a workout? How do you motivate yourself ? Thanks <3

On an island in the Philippines...

I’m eating enough I eat 1800 calories a day. :) so I’m not sure why the loss is so much.
-
Preset meals and timed rewards. I don’t WANT to cheat when I know I get to get my nails done and can check something off my wishlist if I keep going. Plus the feeling being healthy gives me alone is enough most of the time

Confident. Making changes regarding school. Feel more self sure. Feel happier

Is it true you get in trouble there for wearing a wife beater or a sports bra only? Genuinely curious.

Thanks so much everyone! I feel informed Now. To the person who suggested I might try probiotics! Other than that I’m just going to keep fast food very rare

Oh my god. :D other people were commenting I didn’t even realize

Hey! You should add me. I’m 19 and also 5’9.5”!! I eat 1200 calories no problem. :) I exercise a lot so my gross calories are 1500-1800
-
I eat 1200 net.. which works out to 1500-1800 gross after activity.
-
Tbh I hate questions like this. The obvious answer is to love BOTH. I do as much weights as I do cardio, except for my rest days.

Now that I stop to think.. I’ve only had very minimal amounts of dairy. I have never drank milk, so the only diary I get is cheese or tiny amounts of butter ( but I usually use oil instead). So I haven’t had any dairy in a while.
-
Thanks ! I think it’s a huge jump from what I was eating. I haven’t been eating pasta or bread really either so I think the combo of a ton of dairy and bread just set off my stomach. I’m slowly starting to feel better. I’ll have to reintroduce these things in small amounts I guess. :)

This is helpful and probably right. Ironically, I did eat very high fat because I ate a ton of avocado, nuts and used avo spread in my tuna or high calorie hummus with my meat for the day. I went over fat everyday. I realize there may be a difference in how mono fat and sat fat are metabolized though.

I’m 19F 5’9” or 5’10” not sure. I’ve been measured as both :D SW 153lb CW 142lb GW undecided but definitely at least 10 more lb. Feel free to add! Good luck! :* <3

I use my long cardio sessions as a time to reflect and plan out my day. If I don’t want to think, I just listen to podcasts and watch tv

Last night I weighed my lowest night time weight since I began logging... looks like I should be expecting a huge drop off in weight very soon since my period is ending. :)

I eat my exercise calories too! When I don’t eat them I get faint and lose a pound a day. When I eat them back I’m losing 2-5lb a week.
