I guess I meant if biologically some people are more disposed to being a certain weight due to genetics.. obviously lifestyle and environmental factors matter too. But don’t genetics count for something? My mom was very underweight naturally well into her 30s even though she had normal eating habits. I find I’m the same…

I eat everything I want....

“Woo”

I think 5+ lb is more than water so any time I see a drop or gain that big I know it’s more than a normal fluctuation.
-
Most things I make would look “complicated” to someone who doesn’t cook... that being said a breakfast sandwich is super easy so most days it takes me 2-5 min to make my food in the morning. It all comes down to how lazy someone is. Now how much time they have.
-
I make a breakfast sandwich with sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. I also do bagels, avocado toast with poached egg, fruit, oatmeal, or honestly sometimes leftovers. If it fits your calories it doesn’t matter in all honesty. I’ve been eating what I want for months and have consistently lost at net 1200-1500…

What is that

19 anyone can add me :)

More muscle, different build.
-
I’ve lost up to 12 lb of water weight on my 20 mile runs... and I’m pretty light.
-
I’m focused on my health. Not on my weight. I don’t have much to lose. I’m losing vanity pounds. I like following fitness instagrams, planning vacations, and planning fun activities with my friends. Shopping for clothes always motivates me too :)

I’m 5’10” and always a 2 or 4...

19. Eating 2000-2500 and training for a half marathon :) add me
-
More than 1200 net? I get confused by this a lot lol
-
Thanks everyone I feel like it’s more normal now after reading your posts... I thought I was doing something wrong at first because I see all these “1200 calories” posts... I couldn’t imagine eating that little lol
-
If 1200 seems like a lot then how did you get fat?
-
1200 is starving... I don’t do it anymore. Then again I’m 5’10” and highly active
-
What happens when you age? Im scared of this and I’m only 19.

I think people’s expectations for looks at a certain weight are skewed. I know 150 on me would be very large and I am also tall. The average person my height is probably 160-170 since most people are overweight in my country. I know even though 130-140 is healthy at my height that I will not like the way I look until I dip…

I skip logging when I eat out. I just figure it isn’t worth the stress. I’m still losing even without logging the rare day I eat out all day.
-
You’ve got to learn to love the process. I will be 20 soon so my stresses are probably different than yours, but I have found to manage stress with exercise and being active to help. If counting calories is a burden and unwanted task to you, then you could just eat healthier foods in reasonable quantities or use the…

Wow he must have a medical condition.

Once you’re over 5’8” you’re already taller than 95% of women.. at 5’9-5’10” that number jumps to taller than 97-98% of women.. so 5’9” is definitely tall (statistically). 6’4” is an outlier.
-
Same stats! I’m def not too skinny. I’m 139 actually but my goal is 127ish
-
Thanks for the insight !

Haha! This is exactly what I think... I mean food weight would be in your stomach (food baby) instead of spread out over your body like fat would! I just don’t see how it can be visible besides stomach bloating and maybe a puffy face.
-
You’ve gotta eat less... there are a ton of “heavy lifters” In my gym who are quite heavy females. Based on the science of weight loss I know they are eating too much for their activity. Heavy weights don’t burn calories really, not like cardio does.
-
I think because it’s easier to find some fault with it than to do it. I don’t find cutting calories hard but many do which is why so many people are overweight to begin with.
