Unfortunately I don’t have a slow cooker! I also don’t mind cooking! When I meal prep I’m usually in the kitchen for about 2-3 hours.

Protein powder with a tiny bit of water to make it a paste. If you like your protein powder, its delicious! Put that on a rice cake. I also do egg whites!
