  • Avocados, salad dressings, oily fish, and real butter and cream. Also, those little Vitamin E capsules, and Krill oil capsules, are real good for you.

  • Nerd Fitness has great bodyweight workout videos, only uses one dumbbell, and he actually uses a gallon jug of water. (8lb)
  • So far walking is the only exercise other than my garden I'm doing, and I just make sure to put plenty of protein into my breakfast, which is after the gym. In my case that's a Home McMuffin (Sausage and egg, no cheese) and a banana.

  • It's a couple of things for me. One, I'm looking down a triple-barreled shot gun: heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. All three are in my imediate family. And two, I'm PCOS, and I'm a year and a half from the big 40. I'd like to have the chance to have children.
