  • Thanks Becca. That's helpful. I definitely don't look as fit as you. Your pic is small on my phone but it looks like abs are defined. So I used one online calculator that said I'm 19% (I like that one, but I don't beleive it's accurate) and another calculator, the navy one, said I'm 33%, which is depressing. The link is to…
  • Thanks Musicfan. I didn't realise calculations can be made just using a tape measure. I can do that.
  • Or even, if someone knows their body fat percentage and can verify that their body resembles the proportions shown in one of the charts, indicating that the chart is accurate..
  • Oh yeah thanks. I have Googled it and found a variety of pictures but they all differ. In some charts I look like 25% and in others I look like 35%. Don't know which is accurate...some pictures show a large chubby hanging belly with rolls at 35% and others don't. I don't have rolls, but there is chubbiness If anyone knows…
