Feel free to add me as well. I ended up getting the “Dad bod” the last two years after I stopped doing CF. I have no CF boxes near me so now I’m trying to do the gym thing on my own and it’s hard when you’re by yourself. All the motivation that we can do for each other is really appreciated.
