Hi Ann, I am trying to hit specific macros and calories, I eat right but at the end of the day I might need for example 40g protein and off with both carbs n fats. I would like to simplify the process by pre determining the foods for the goals. The other apps are over complicated that try do this. Thanks

Carb Manager has it in the weekly meal plan. Must delete myfitnesspal and upload Carb manager. Thanks
