I'm using couch to 5k and yesterday (end of week 7) I managed to do 5k in 37 minutes without stopping once! 7 weeks ago the 1 minute running sections were murder and now I actually look forward to getting out to run after work. HUGE change in my mindset and its being reflected in the results. The work is paying off!
