I take two prescription medications and a couple supplements and added a category on my food diary for it. For me it wasn't about the nutritional value of the pills, even the supplements, it's more of an accountability thing since I've been known to forget to take them. I've had the same issue in the past. I just signed up (again) last night and am determined to make it work this time! I'm looking to lose a pretty significant amount of weight (over 100). Add me if you'd like! Best of luck to you!

I always "gain" 3-5 lbs during ovulation and my period, then it drops back off a couple days later. I'm guessing it's mainly due to water retention. Don't get discouraged! It's just one of the joys of being a woman.
