  • Do a google to try and guesstimate how may calories it burns. It depends how old baby is and how often you are feeding. I'm feeding a 12 month old about 5 times over 24 hours and I've been putting in 250 calories. If I'm not losing I'll lower it. I tried doing it without putting it in and I was starving and had headaches.…
  • Yeah I'm an evening snacker. What works is having brunch instead of breakfast and then dinner as late as possible and then I have a lot of calories spare for my 'lunch' in the evening.
