Cannot be easy I presume, just remember your body does not know what time of day it is for eating. The body is interested in how many calories you are putting into it. As others have said IF could help

One day do a fast for example 16/8, you can calorie control easier that way. Don't have breakfast then either have for lunch or one on the way home from work for Tea (Dinner). Then you can tick it off your list and move on. GL

I have been 16/8 fasting for just over a year now, Currently I am on 1200-1300 cals daily for the time being. being in an aggressive calorie deficit at the current time.

Pretty simple as much of the above - Its Calories in vs Calories out. You have an energy balance and you need to put yourself in a calorie deficit to lose weight/fat. You need to find out your Daily Calorie Expenditure number, do this by giving yourself a daily limit 2000kcal for example. Track your food for a few weeks…
