Thanks for responding everyone. I do get a reasonable amount of protein but I have been suspecting a possible lack of iron myself. I started taking a multivitamin yesterday but I guess it will take time to see if there is an improvement.

I think the thing that far and away makes the most difference to my enthusiasm about a workout is doing it with someone else. I do almost all workouts socially except swimming (which is probably my favorite so I need less motivation there).

Yeah - my office mate told me the other day that I am her weight loss inspiration. She said if I could do it, then she knows she can do it too! I thought that was awesome!

Awesome job! Once you have had your first success, it can be very motivating and almost addictive!

I find knowing my caloric intake so informative. Before MFP I didn't realize how much I could eat if I ate healthy and how little I should be eating if I eat junk. I still get some surprises but I have learnt so much in the past two months
