Self-care: I didn't beat myself up over a danish. I didn't attempt to purge it in any way, so impact on my bulimia. I enjoyed my baths. I got proper rest. I went to my pulmonary rehabilitation and tried my best. I watched an episode of my favorite TV show with a friend.

I have over 100 to go. I'm in the 320's and want to get to 157 (or thereabouts). My highest was 357. I'm pretty active. I work hard to hit my goals. My diary is open and it's not a record of perfect eating, but it is honest.

Week's been going pretty well. I have a goal of moving for as many as possible of my goal of nine hours a day. It's linked in with my Fitbit as well. It's not a huge movement required, just a tiny amount of 250 steps. I'm getting stronger everyday.

It's a plausible theory. :smiley: Most of it has already melted from what I saw with my brief excursion today. Sidewalks and parking lots on private lots are dangerous from water starting to freeze as the temps drop with night falling, but after tomorrow shouldn't be an issue. I might, might try and walk outside tomorrow…

I know that too well. Our ice accumulation wasn't that impressive here, neither was our snow. It spit on us and moved on. Usually we get a thick layer of ice that takes down trees, power lines, blows a couple of transformers, and makes a mess of things. I'm grateful it didn't.

Welcome, @justcari013 . I'm doing standard CICO and trying to settle for slow and steady weight-loss versus fast and loose, as the fast and loose usually comes back just about as fast. I'm also working on trying to eat each day around the same time; my dietitian suggested it. Anyways, welcome!

I'm 41 now, and have a similar story. I was 27 and involved in a weight loss forum when I lost 105 pounds. Later that year a tragedy happened and I started to gain weight back as I just gave up.
