Thanks all. IDK what I was thinking when I bought that stuff. I tend to keep it very real with food. I'd like to try coconut nectar...interesting. Fyi, ingredients for it are Erythritol, Fructose, Chicory Root Fiber, Stevia Leaf Extract, Monk Fruit Extract. I think Erythritol is suspicious, for me.

I understand. Who doesn't love something that tastes yummy! I hope you won't be too hard on yourself and be careful about vilifying any food. ;) IDK the general consensus on this kind of sweetener (it seems to affect me in a strange way), but have you tried something like this? They have some good recipes on their site.…

Wow, I'm inspired by these replies! Separate question - any tips if you don't have a squat rack? I'm leaning forward to pick up the bar from behind the weight bench. Not safe at all, so I stick with just the bar. Any tips for a work-around? Thanks!

I'm on board. I eat mostly healthy and I don't mind eating chocolate, I can just consider it food. But, it REALLY affects my sleep (so does caffeine)! I'm encouraged to find a balance with it and hear other people's perspectives. Look forward to exchanging ideas!
