Hmm..thanks for the advice. I may just increase the sizes of my protein sources at mealtimes in that case. I didn't realise the MFP recommended protein amount was seen as low either :#

I would highly recommend Fitnessblender as they have some really great workouts on their channel and as a bonus they are some really great, genuine people.
