I'm 29, add me!

You're in luck, I'm a complete laugh riot 😛 Feel free to add me

I once ate a medium Dominos pizza and half an order of cheesey bread...still lost a pound and a half that week, it was a realization that maybe I'm cutting my calories too low and if I eat more, I won't binge like that. Treat it as a learning experience.

I suffered from major depression, anxiety, and alcoholism for years...I would always make an attempt to lose weight, and I'd stick to it for a few weeks or even a few months, then my mental health issues would kick my *kitten* and I'd be right back to where I started. I was hospitalized almost 2 years ago and it saved my…

Add me, I log everyday!
-
I'm 5'8 currently 175, and my goal weight is 160...I'm fairly large framed so I'm going to see what I look like when I get there, and maybe shoot for 150-155.
-
See, if I were capable of doing that i never would have gotten fat in the first place. Lol.

Chocolate protein powder, sliced banana, honey. Or vanilla protein powder with frozen mixed berries and honey. There was a span of months when this was all I ate for breakfast lol.
-
Add me!! I'm 30 lbs down since January and have another 15-20 to go.
-
My boyfriend and I work out together on the weekends, and we joke about wanting to be that obnoxiously fit couple at the gym, lol.
-
I'm currently doing 5:2 (5 days eating, 2 days fasting) and on my feeding days I just eat one big meal. Weight loss has never been so easy, I love it.
-
I'm usually good for a 4-5 lb gain the week before til a few days into my ToM. I'm on the pill, and I think that also contributes to the water retention. 😢
-
I started at 5'8 and 205...my boyfriend noticed after 12lbs, everybody else started noticing at about 25 down.
-
Another Jersey girl checking in, add me!
-
More times than i can count, lol. Maybe it sounds like an excuse, but my struggles with depression and anxiety made sticking to my weight loss seemingly impossible. Ever since I've gotten my mental health under control, it's been effortless. 23 lbs down and counting.

Could really go for a grilled peanut butter and bacon sandwich right about now...
-
I've logged moshing as HIIT before, lol.
-
I started lifting seriously again back in January and I'm in love. I wish I was this devoted to cardio as well but I guess we can't have it all, lol. I'm 28 and an aspiring power lifter...I set goals to hit 1 plate bench/2 plate squat/3 plate deadlift by the end of the year, but I think I may be able to reach that before…

I get that feeling, cause I struggle with anxiety and often feel overwhelmed and not wanting to do anything...even though I know the workout usually helps me feel a bit better. So I ask myself, what would skipping my workout accomplish? Cause I know if I skip it not only will I still be stressed, I'll feel guilty for not…

I personally don't feel like it's had much effect on my weight, though I feel like my last prescription caused me to retain a bit more water (is that possible?). Maybe coincidence, but I switched prescriptions and dropped 2.5 lbs that week...
-
Just happened to me this week. Between ToM, a sodium filled dinner, and a few intense lifting days I went from 195 to 201 seemingly overnight. Don't sweat it, personally I try to stay off the scale entirely that week.
-
Add me as well
-
I'm 5'8", my boyfriend is maybe 2-3 inches taller than me and 20 lbs heavier. And I think the weight difference is too close lol. Now I'm not saying women SHOULD weigh less than their partner...but I personally don't want to weigh more than mine.
-
Add me too!
-
Yes. I wish I didn't know that but it's absolutely true lol. You can not eat breakfast and be just fine. I usually drink a couple cups of coffee and I'm good til lunch.
-
It's WAY lower in calories than regular ice cream. The entire pint is like 260-320 calories, as opposed to 1,000-1,200 calories for something like Ben & Jerry's. It tastes pretty good too, imo.
-
Never tried it, but I play Dance Dance Revolution for cardio twice a week for like 2-3 hours, if that's close enough. lol
-
I've been on the pill and an AD, and personally, neither one of them seemed to affect my weight. Although to be fair, I was constantly hungry when I started the pill...not sure if its relevant though.
-
Hey, you can always add me! I'm pretty active on the app
-
Normally (on days I don't have work early) my routine is up at 6am, cup of coffee, in gym by 7. Do my lifting, come home and shower, and then its an egg sandwich and another cup of coffee before getting on with the rest of my day.
