Hungry? Yes. Fasted for 24+ hours? No. I'm wired and sleep for maybe 4 hours total, on and off. It's why I stick to IF instead.

Yeah, even after the sickness went away, I still felt weak and lethargic for like 2 weeks after. It sucks lol. Hope you feel better soon!

The first time I went off my combo bc pill I was completely fine, no side effects whatsoever. I do struggle with my cravings/appetite being outta control for about a week every month on the pill...but honestly my pms off the pill gets me like that too so it's whatever really lol.

My reward is being able to focus on a recomp, and starting my first bulk/cut cycle at the end of this summer. I'm so excited, I've only ever been in the process of losing weight. It's like a whole new adventure. 🤩

Yeah, 150g isn't "slightly low carb," you need <20 to get into ketosis I think.

More than I can count. My first weight loss attempt was when I was 15, and I lost 40 lbs. I would generally have some degree of success...but I would always gain the weight back and sometimes a little bit more over the years, because I was just so focused on losing weight but had no idea how to make the lifestyle changes…

Aside from just hating how I looked and wanting to feel better about myself...I watched my aunt die at 52 of causes that were 100% preventable. It drove home the point that I need to be healthy and take better care of my body.

A new tattoo, sometimes. Lol. But yeah...new workout clothes/accessories are another go to. Being able to buy smaller clothes, lift heavier weights, and see more definition are rewards in themselves for me.

Brunch and a party on Saturday, then going to NY Jets stadium to cheer on my Vikings, I'm so excited! Run today after work, then a weekend of lifting. Good luck!! Don't get discouraged and just keep at it...it may take some time, but that time is gonna pass anyway. We also have similar starting and goal weights (I started at 205 and my goal is 155)! Lol, you can add me as a friend if you want.

I unintentionally did that in high school...but gained it all back when I couldn't keep up with the exercise volume. Way better to create a deficit with calories, it's more sustainable, but to each their own I guess.

I've graduated from "Have you lost weight?" To "Dang, you've lost alot of weight!" When I see people that I haven't seen in awhile. Lol. I'm officially the smallest I've been in my adult life, and almost lighter than I was in high school.

Depression and alcoholism played a huge part in my weight gain. This is a stupid one, but last year I was in a plus sized Halloween costume...and this year I fit into a regular one. Wasn't sure if it was gonna fit cause the weight range was 140-160 (I'm 170), but it does and damn do I look good. Thanks, heavy lifting. Lol
