It's my first day back to work since vacation, so I'm trying to get caught up on everything I missed. I'm hoping to get a walk in at lunch. I've done well on my food so far today, as well. Hoping I can keep it up through dinner. Hope you have a good trip!

I personally found C25K a little too intense when I was first starting out. I opted to go with a program I found online called None to Run. Part of it is a paid program, but if you Google "none to run pdf" you can download the 16 week plan to go by and its free. It was truly life changing for me. Also, I put in earbuds and…

I was hoping to get some outdoor activity of some kind in over the weekend, but the weather forecast is looking pretty bad. I am going to try to get to the gym Saturday and Sunday to make up for a couple of workout days lost last week. Good luck with the 15k @Beka3695 !

I'm out of town for a work training, so I'm having to eat out and try to make good choices. I had coffee, English muffin and cottage cheese for breakfast, vegetable and tofu pad thai for lunch and we are going to an oyster bar for dinner. Not sure what I'll eat there, but it wont be anything fried.

ssummerlin80 Week 1 SW 174 CW 173.8 I just got back from being a the NC Junior Beta Convention with my daughter for three days. It was a chaotic event with slam packed schedules and not a lot of good food options, but somehow I managed to end this week with a (very small) loss. I did use the stairs instead of the elevator…
