Rest is important and you may have been using muscles you haven’t in that way for some time... it’s all good with time and consistency you will become stronger and your muscle will get used to it, stop wobbling

I have the ionic and it’s the best I have I went from charge 2 to blaze now to this as I have added swimming in to my training more often... I don’t have a bad word to be said about it x
