  • To get back to working out 3x a week in addition to daily walks with my dog. I missed it last week because I had a lot of trouble sleeping and couldn't get up early enough to exercise. I'm also in the process of adding meditation and yoga back into my life.
  • I have been on weight watchers twice before. Both times it worked but the second time I was so hungry I had to quit. They wouldn't give me any more points. I agree with some of the posts here that points don't translate into real life, and if you ever go off the program you're not going to be counting points anymore, so…
