if you exercise you will now have muscle weight replacing the fat loss, it means you will loose but your shape will change. Don't expect weight loss all the time in muscle gain periods. Never ever eat at 10pm.

It depends if you active, inactive or just plain sedentary. I sit down in the day so sedentary, this site said 1,200 cals. I find at 1,000 i loose weight, that's me. when you lift you make muscle mass so this will weigh more than fat, as your loosing fat your gaining muscle mass, thus the increase sometimes. Bet your shapes changed and thats what you will see. Fat gone, shaplier you. Maybe weighing more than you thought.

plateaus are normal, did you start the gym too..if you did muscle can weigh more. If not maybe what your eating needs tweaking. Watch the carbs and fat content as well as calories.

if your counting calories, a pound loss or gain is 3,500 calories. so at 1,200 calories and a small lady would possibly use 1,500-2000. a deficit each day will accumulate until 3,500 is reached and then a loss. Hope that makes sense. No goodies no alcahol.
