Thank you for all of your suggestions. It's nice to have people who are willing to help. It gives motivation to stick with it. @quiksylver296 I like your comment "Have planned meals and snacks. Pack them and bring them to work. If you didn't pack it, you don't eat it". I never thought of it that way. Makes sense. :smiley:

Maybe I worded my question wrong. I understand that no food will take fat away. I just need some good options for me to have while I'm sitting at my desk. I'm trying to be healthier :smile: But I appreciate the link you sent @AnvilHead. Very good information that I am going to work at.
